Making Beer The Best it Can Be

Charlotte Cook MSc.

I am a brewer and a writer with a long career in craft brewing.

I was one of the first women to don her brewing boots in the UK's burgeoning craft beer scene, and I've not been far from a mash tun ever since.

After achieving my Master's degree in Brewing Science from the University of Nottingham I am ready to help other's with their brewing journey.

Head Brewer at Hammerton in London

Head Brewer at Coalition in London

During that time I have also been teaching at the American Brewer's Guild and delivered talks at prestigious events such as the Brewer's Congress and the European Brewery Congress in Lille.

I am a member of the British Guild of Beer Writer's and won the 2024 award for Best Technical Communication about beer.
